Overview

Heatwave Lacrosse is excited to announce its first ever summer lacrosse camp in Paramus, NJ. The camp is open to boys and girls ages 8 to 15. Campers will learn individual stick skills, positional play, team concepts, and play in small-sided scrimmages. There will also be various contests and prizes throughout the week. Join us for a memorable and fun experience!

Camp Itinerary

8:45 - Check in (please arrive at 8:30 on Day 1)

9:00 - 9:10 - Dynamic Stretching

9:10 - 9:45 - Stick work, ground balls, dodging

9:50 - 10:15 - Station Work

10:15 - 10:45 - Positional work/Team Skills

10:50 - 11:20 - Contests

11:25 - 11:55 - Small Sided Games

11:55 - 12:00 - Wrap up/Daily Prizes
