  • September - November

    5 or 6 60 minute sessions (Club & Position training)

    1-2 Tournaments (Club Program Only)

    Boys & Girls High School Team Training

  • December - February

    8 60 minute training sessions

    15-20 minutes Fundamentals

    15-20 minutes positional training

    15-20 minutes of speed lax

    Boys & Girls High School Team Training

  • June (Club Only)

    10-12 90 minute sessions

    2 Tournaments (less than 2.5 hours and 1 day tournaments)

    Summer Camp (End of June/4 days)
